What we collect

HomeTailors collects only the personal information necessary to deliver concierge cleaning services in Calgary, Alberta. This includes your name, email, phone number, service address, property details you share at booking, and payment information processed securely through Stripe.

How we use it

We use this information to schedule and complete your visits, dispatch the assigned crew, send booking confirmations and arrival notifications, issue receipts, and follow up after service for quality assurance.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your information. Booking, address and payment data are stored securely and shared only with the assigned crew, dispatch, and our payment processor (Stripe) and SMS provider (Telnyx) to deliver the service. We do not share data with marketing partners.

Retention

Booking and service records are retained for seven years to satisfy Canadian financial-record requirements. You may request deletion of marketing data at any time.

Your rights

Under Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Email office@hometailors.ca with your request.
