Terms of Service

Booking & quotes

Quotes are based on the property details you provide at booking. If on-site conditions materially differ (e.g. heavier buildup, additional rooms, restricted access), the concierge will confirm an adjusted quote with you before any additional work begins.

Scheduling & arrival

Visits are confirmed in arrival windows (typically 90 minutes wide). Same-day delays will be communicated by SMS as soon as they are known.

Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled arrival window are free. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a 50% fee. Same-day cancellations and lock-outs (no access on arrival) are charged in full.

Payment

A pre-authorization is placed on the card on file 24 hours before service. The final amount is captured after the visit is completed and reviewed.

Re-Clean Promise (72 hours)

If anything in scope is missed or not to standard, report it within 72 hours of completion and we will return to make it right at no additional cost. The promise covers items on the documented checklist for the booked service.

Insurance

HomeTailors carries commercial liability and bonding for every visit. Damage claims are reviewed by our insurer and resolved promptly.

Tipping

Tipping is never expected. Crews are paid above-market with performance bonuses. Tips are passed through to the crew in full via Wise.
