Do you bring your own supplies?+
Yes. Our crews arrive with hospital-grade, low-residue products and microfibre kits laundered between homes. Specialty supplies you request are sourced on your behalf with a deposit collected up front; they are not billed after receipt.
Are your cleaners insured and background-checked?+
Every cleaner is bonded, insured and reference-checked before stepping into a client home.
What if something is missed?+
Our 72-hour Re-Clean Promise covers anything in scope; report it within 72 hours and we return to make it right at no charge.
