Before you book.

Are you licensed plumbers?+

Our light plumbing programme is delivered by trained, insured technicians for fixture-level work, faucets, fittings, toilets, supply lines. Larger work is referred to our licensed partners.

Will the water need to be shut off?+

Only the affected fixture in most cases. We coordinate with your concierge or building if a riser shut-off is required.

Do you supply the fixture?+

We install yours, or source one on your behalf at trade pricing. Materials we source are secured with a deposit collected up front; they are not billed after receipt.
