Your booking is reviewed within 2 hours. We confirm appointment, technician and access details by message.

We arrive prepared, photos reviewed, hardware sourced, building access cleared with concierge or board where required.

Surface protection
Shoe covers, drop cloths and corner guards deployed before the first tool is opened.

Work, then witness
The technician walks you through every completion. Sign-off photos are added to your client file.

Quiet exit
Debris removed, vacuum pass, fixtures wiped. The room returns to itself.

Before you book.
Do you bring all the hardware?+
Yes. Standard anchors, brackets and fittings are included. Specialty items (e.g. proprietary mounts) are sourced on your behalf with a materials deposit collected up front; they are not billed after receipt.
Will my walls be damaged?+
Every installation begins with a stud and substrate survey. Anchors are matched to the wall and weight. Any test holes are patched and feathered before we leave.
Can you mount above a fireplace?+
Yes, with a heat-aware mount, surveyed cable routing and a recommendation if we believe the placement will shorten panel life.
